Default Could GuildWars1 be turn into a mobile app game

I'm positive that GuildWars could run on any modern smartphone or tablet, yes it would have to be ported to run on these platforms but as fare as processor power it is definitely there. When GuildWars first cam out I was playing this game on a P3 800mghrts PC. Now they have phones and tablets with quod core processors and high end graphics. Also the game would have to be broken down into smaller chunks to fit on these devices and be sold on the App Store as separate games but linked some how to keep track of your progression threw the game as a whole. Each game chunk could be sold for a modest price like $1.99 and have one major city a few towns and outpost and a few explorable ares. I haven't played GuildWars1 for over a year and am getting really board with GuildWars2 but if GW1 was a mobile game I would definitely start playing again. This would bring new life to this game and make money for Anet

And how would all relevant information to a player be visible on a mobile screen?
Say you're a healer/protter in Deep/Urgoz. 12 health bars, your energy bar, chat, on screen keyboard when typing. Add in target bar, target skill, your skill bar.. let's also try squeeze in radar view as well.

Most games of that age could probably be run on Tablets/Smart Phones if it's a question of performance. But a lot of games, including GW are way to complex in terms of interface and controlls. So no, it won't work for the player to be playable/enjoyable in any way.

No.

Have you even tried playing it past the first mission?

Clearly the control interface is too complicated for a touchscreen phone or tablet.

And you need a mouse.
And a keyboard that doesn't cover half the screen.

Just use a laptop if you really want to play it on the beach.

I hope this was a troll thread
